Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial needs no payment details. We remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before it ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not chosen a plan, your Company becomes read-only for 30 days: you can still see and print everything, but you cannot make changes. After that it is archived. Your data is kept, and choosing a plan restores full access.
How does billing work?
Each Company has its own subscription, billed monthly or annually. Payments are handled by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and adds VAT where it applies.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect straight away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What if I reach a plan limit?
Your daily work is never blocked. You simply cannot add another Location or Resource until you archive one or move to a larger plan. We warn you at 80% and 100% of each limit.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that the Company becomes read-only, and you can resubscribe whenever you like.
Where do I find my invoices?
The Billing page links to the customer portal, where you can update your payment method, download invoices and cancel.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You pay a fixed price per Company. Ovyrena never takes a percentage of your revenue.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual billing gives you two months free. We also run promo codes from time to time; you can enter one on the Billing page.
