All plans include unlimited bookings, Customers and Offerings. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. The 30-day trial is free and needs no card. You choose a plan only when you decide to continue.

What can I try during the trial?

Every feature. During the trial you can create up to 2 Companies, 5 Locations and 150 Resources, and invite up to 15 employees.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you do not choose a plan, your Company becomes read-only for 30 days: you can still see and print everything, but you cannot make changes. After that it is archived. Your data is kept, and choosing a plan restores full access.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No. You pay a fixed monthly or annual price. Ovyrena never takes a percentage of your revenue.

Can my Customers book online?

Yes, on every plan. Share your booking link and Customers request a time, or whole days for stays and rentals. Your team confirms each request, and there is no commission on these bookings either.

Is Ovyrena only for restaurants and hotels?

No. Anything that can be booked or occupied can be a Resource: rooms, apartments, tables, desks, courts, treatment rooms or equipment.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page whenever your business changes.

Can I compare several businesses?

Yes. If you own two or more Companies, Portfolio shows them side by side with the same figures as their Analytics, plus everything that needs your attention.
